Our Mission

Nowadays, listed companies face challenges in coping with the demanding and ever-changing governing environment. Listco practitioners in this field have to keep abreast of the latest practice and knowledge. Although there are vast numbers of trainings and courses provided by different organizations and professional institutes, there is no service provider that can offer a focused line of continuous development programmes that are competent for listco professionals.

For this reason, through our extensive network in the professional field and ample listco knowledge, we are dedicated to offer a unique professional training platform for this mission. We have been organizing “Listco Professional Development Programme” ( ListcoPRO ) since 2006 for listco professionals to attain relevant, yet practical, knowledge and network in this field.

Moreover, through the participation in this programme, listed companies’ professionals can also be accredited with relevant CPD hours for their personal requirement in continuing professional development requested by various professional and regulatory bodies.

Apart from the continuing regular CPD training, as an expert in listco professional development, we also commit to promote high quality of corporate governance. Therefore, we offer listed companies with tailored in-house professional training courses exclusively to their directors and executives to meet relevant requirement from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Such programme include induction programme for first time directors, continuous updating of director’s practice and remedial training for disciplinary actions.
